Cancellation by the Customer
More than 60 Days Before Departure:
If you cancel your booking more than 60 days before the scheduled departure date, you will receive a full refund of your deposit, minus any non-refundable processing fees.
Within 30–25 Days Before Departure:
Cancellations made within 30 to 25 days of your departure date will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total booking amount. The remaining 50% will be refunded.
Less than 25 Days Before Departure:
For cancellations made less than 25 days before departure, the deposit is non-refundable, and a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
No Show or Early Departure:
In the case of a no-show or if you leave earlier than planned, there will be no refund for any portion of your booking.
Cancellation by Flying To Morocco
In the unlikely event that Flying To Morocco needs to cancel your trip due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, force majeure, or any other issue beyond our control), you will receive a full refund of any payments made, including your deposit.
Special Circumstances
Medical Emergencies:
If you need to cancel your trip due to a medical emergency, we will work with you to provide a partial refund or allow you to rebook for a future date. A valid medical certificate may be required for consideration.
Pandemic/Health-Related Cancellations:
If travel restrictions are imposed due to health-related concerns (e.g., COVID-19), we offer flexible options including free rebooking for future dates, or partial/full refunds depending on the specific circumstances.
Refund Process
Once your cancellation request has been processed, we will issue your refund within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Please note that transaction fees (e.g., PayPal or credit card charges) may apply and will be deducted from your refund.
Deposit Requirements:
- Day Trips and Activities: For day trips and individual activities (e.g., guided tours, camel treks, city tours, etc.), a 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
- Remaining Balance: The remaining balance for your day trip or activity is due on the day of the trip, before the activity begins. You can pay the balance in cash, or via credit/debit card, or other accepted payment methods (as listed in our payment options).
Cancellation Policy for Day Trips and Activities:
- More than 48 Hours Before Departure: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled day trip will receive a full refund of the deposit amount.
- Within 48 Hours of Departure: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled trip will result in a 50% loss of the deposit.
No Show or Last-Minute Cancellation:
- For no-show guests or cancellations made on the day of the activity, the deposit is non-refundable, and the full payment will be due.
Changes to Your Booking:
If you need to change the date or details of your booking for a day trip or activity, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new plans, but changes are subject to availability.
Refund Process:
Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Please note that transaction fees (such as credit card or PayPal charges) may be deducted from the refund amount.
